| We got a great start on our fundraising effort with the raffle at the Anthem AmJam but there is still a ways to go. Please help us meet our goal of $825.00 which will allow us to purchase the memorial bench to be placed at the Anthem Skate Park.

Las Vegas Skateparks
Grindz has put together a complete listing of all Las Vegas Skateparks that is viewable in Google Earth. Click Here for the file. (Should open in Google Earth if you have it installed.) If you have problems with the file DO NOT call the shop. It's here for free, but no tech support. We have tested it and it works...If you can't get it to work, keep trying.

Grindz Skate Team News
If you are interested in getting sponsored, DO NOT CALL THE SHOP!!!!. We have a team MySpace page at myspace.com/grindzskateteam Go there and read the About me section. We expect our skaters to wear a helmet ANY TIME THEY ARE skating. If you are not cool with this, Grindz is not the team for you.
The Grindz Skate Team fielded a total of 11 skaters at Saturday's Red Bull Vegas AmJam at Doc Romeo Skatepark and came away with 4 medals & Best Trick. Darrean Kearns & Miles Ealy took 1st & 3rd in the Junior Jam, Nicolas Michel took 1st in 13 & Under, Josh Wheat took 2st in 14 & Up Intermediate and the Retaks Best Trick award went to Carl Allen. Skateboards for Guatemala
We would like to express our sincere thanks to everybody that donated decks for the Guatemala project. As of right now, we have collected enough decks and are not going to be offering discounts on new decks for the time being. All the decks donated will be refurbished and sent to Guatemala for the youth skate ministry being started by In His Steps International Ministries.
